Peak Performance Tune up & Professional Cleaning Features
- Clean level & calibrate thermostat.
- Remove & wash blower as necessary.
- Chemically clean condenser coil in season as necessary.
- Replace standard filter or wash air cleaner.
- Check crank-case heater operation.
- Lubricate & inspect all moving parts.
- Check & adjust all belts & pulleys.
- Inspect blower shafts & components.
- Inspect & adjust all safety controls/devices.
- Test, secure & tighten electrical connections.
- Check operation of electric heat strips & fuse links
- Inspect heat exchanger, flue, return & blower compartments.
- Check condensate drain.
- Tape any leaking joints around the plenum & coil.
- Activate & test cooling or heating system.
- Test all motors, starting capacitors, run capacitors, & potential relays.
- Test and check operating temperatures.
- Electronically test for poisonous, deadly carbon monoxide gas in heating season.
- Test for gas leaks at furnace connections.

Peak Performance Service will provide you with either 2 or 4 in home inspections to assist in maintaining your heating & cooling equipment at peak operating performance and to help insure your family’s safety & comfort. A Spring and Fall Peak Performance Tune-up and Professional Cleaning with mid season Performance Checks will assure you of the most benefit from every energy dollar you spend. This program does not include any repairs or services not specifically detailed. We do suggest that the filter(s) be changed monthly.
